RETURN POLICY:

Please note that we do not take returns on beauty products such as make-up or skincare. We will only take returns for things damaged upon arrival or non skin related items such as mirrors, make up bags, etc.

Items returned without prior approvalwill not be accepted.
2. Damages and Order Issues
Customers are advised to inspect their order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a product that is:

- Incorrect (wrong item received)

For hygiene and policy reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

- sale items & gift cards
- makeup in any form powder or liquid or hair care liquids
If an item is marked Sale, it is not eligible for return or exchange.

- If the return is approved due to a damaged or defective item, The Fashion Celestial will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.
- If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

7. Order Cancellations & Modifications
- Cancellations: Orders are processed immediately upon placement. If you need to cancel, please contact info@themakeupcorner.com within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations may not be possible.
- a 10% restocking fee applies to all cancellations made after 2 hours of purchase.
- Address Changes: If a shipping address modification is required, customers must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
